Evann M. C.A.P. training at Sellstate High
Performance Realty was the best real world training for me. The classes I took
to get my license taught me about the laws of real estate, but the C.A.P.
training taught me how to be a real estate agent. Tani L. is knowledgable ,
flexible, and above all, she is patient.! I feel Tani could literally train
anyone to do real estate.
The C.A.P. training has provided me
with all the skills and tools to be a great agent. I am grateful for the
opportunity to work with this great agency. My goal is to service my customers
with superior knowledge, skills, and integrity which I believe the C.A.P.
training has been instrumental in my ability to do this.
Tony C. Ready to make a change? Or perhaps
maybe its time for a boost in your career. I personally ,as a new agent looked
forward to my career change. However, when I made the change by getting my real
estate license I didn’t have a guide as to what was next. I felt alone at times
and discouraged and pondered did I make the right change? I would have meetings
with other firms even started training with one firm but I just didn’t feel the
fit was right for me. I was looking for
a great family feel environment. A mentoring relationship from the broker,
motivational and team spirited atmosphere in the office and the other agents. I
didn’t get that until I got a call from Sellstate High Performance Realty
asking to come meet with them. I hesitated a few times not knowing anything
about them. I decided to give them a shot. When I met with them it was like a
home where they welcomed me with open arms, so kind and so caring and willing
to always help whether it was real estate or anything else
From that day I knew I made the right
decision because none of this was asked of them, they did it from their hearts
and I loved that about them.
Since joining I have met some of the
most loving and kind individuals from the broker down to the agents. I feel as
though I gained a lot of knowledge through conversations with the agents and
the relationship that Dori D. the Broker
and I have formed.
C.A.P. training an 8 week course gave
me a break down each week on how to get your business to soar. Tools needed,
how to generate leads, how to be the top agent
you are aiming to be is all provided by the Sellstate family. I am happy
I made the right move. I believe you will glad you did too. We are waiting for
Hannah R. One of the most important factors to
me when I was choosing a brokerage, was the training. Like many new agents, I
had a separate full time job and I could not attend day classes. I was thinking
that all classes would be during the day and I would have to figure out how to
do this Real Estate business on my own. Not only did they accept and understand
that I could not quit my job yet, they supported me! C.A.P. training was a
relaxed environment where I was able to ask any and all questions and learn how
to go out on my own and start doing business. C.A.P. training gave me the
confidence I needed to step out and take on being a Realtor full time. About
one week before C.A.P. class ended, I quit my job and jumped all in!
The training did not stop once we graduated C.A.P. class. Two weeks
after, I wrote my first contract. I remember tons of the information from
training, but even the information I needed help with throughout the process of
closing my first deal, I was able to reach out to my C.A.P. class mentor and
broker. This does not happen at other places. I feel beyond blessed that I
found Sellstate High Performance Realty and they accepted me into their family!
